We are all aware of the lack of support for Biomedical treatments through insurance companies. Parents have fought tooth and nail for years only to receive multiple denials from their insurance companies, for most biomedical treatments regarding Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Near drowning.

United Health care is covering Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for the above listed conditions which means Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy will be more available to families and patients who otherwise couldn't afford it.

With the clinical study done by Dr. Dan Rossingal and many more case studies showing benefit we can only pray other insurance companies begin to follow this practice.  The International Hyperbaric Medical Association is also in the process of writing an IRB (International Review Board) that will allow treatments to be done following a standard investigation protocol, so all data can be cataloged and presented in a format to show proven results of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
We can all remember when chiropractors were an all cash visit, now most insurance companies will cover a set amount of treatments per year as well as acupuncture. We hope in the very near future that HBOT treatments will be recognized by insurance companies as a treatment worth paying for.
In conclusion we are we are glad to see Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy begin to be covered for our kids.

Advanced Hyperbarics Welcomes Dr. Rojos To Our Team

     Advanced Hyperbarics would like to welcome Dr. Lucy Rojos to our team.  One of the goals that advanced hyperbarics originally envisioned was to have a more holistic approach to our practice. Providing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), but also providing a more whole body integrative therapy that complements hyperbarics for our patients has been a long term goal that has now been obtained. 

     Bringing Dr. Rojos on board as our medical director assisted in achieving our holistic wellness goal. Dr. Rojos will be providing a broader range of holistic therapies to our patients, some of these holistic therapies include, nutritional supplements, I.V. Therapy, Glutathion Therapy and Colonics. Dr. Rojos is also available upon request for hyperbaric consultations.

Dr. Rojo works with children through geriatric patients. While focusing on the concerns of her patients, she works to support the digestive, immune and hor-mone systems. She is one of few naturo-pathic doctors who regularly uses intra-venous nutritional therapies and colon-ics in her practice. She takes a whole person perspective to get patients to a place of optimal wellness.
